When Chip Kelly took over the head coaching job for the Philadelphia Eagles, one of the first things he did was rework the teams locker room. Now Kelly has taken to reworking the cafeteria.
Kelly is leaving no stone unturned. he has signs now hanging in the Eagles cafeteria. Signs that show power plates, food that repair muscles and help players to become healthier and faster. Maybe this guy is going to feed the Eagles into winning football games.
All I know is proper nutrition couldn’t hurt anyone. Lost of players could benefit from foods that give them more energy. If Kelly is successful in his first season as the Eagles head coach, I’ll bet lots of other NFL teams start doing the same thing.
We still don;t know how successful Kelly’s offense is going to be in the NFL, but we do know his team is going to eat healthy. The talk coming out of Philadelphia is that the players seem to like Kelly offensive style. Lets hope they like his lunch selections just as well.
