The Cleveland Indians get a day off yesterday before they start a series with the Kansas City Royals. You know what they say; good things come to those who wait and trust the lord and the prayers of the righteous avails much. They did, the Tribe is now in first place on top of the A.L. Central because the Tigers lost another game. That is great news for Indians fans who can’t wait to see the tribe return home this weekend to do battle with… KC and we as fans must continue to believe that our team can do big things if the stay committed to the team the bible say; For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for by confirmation is to them an end of all strife. Wherein God, willing more abundantly to show unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath (in as much a commitment): That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: Hope thus sustains the soul in the midst of test, and enables it to bear them without a complaint. But hope that is seen – Hope is a complex emotion, made up of an earnest desire, and an expectation of obtaining an object. It has reference, therefore, to what is at present unseen. But when the object is seen, and is in our possession, it cannot be said to be an object of hope. The Word hope here means the object of hope, the thing hoped for. Go Tribe and you fan, don’t be afraid it’s our time now!
